Join us for our first installment of Tarot 101 series led by resident tarot reader Brie (@_ritualhaus). Starting with the Minors - suit by suit, then the court cards, followed by the three phases of the Major Arcana, following the birth, death, rebirth cycle from the Fool all the way to the World. By the end you're connecting to the deck in your own authentic way, building a foundational relationship or just reconnecting.
Class 1: Wands- Fire, Will, and Making Things Happen
We start with fire because that's where every beginning lives. Wands carry the spark before the leap, the ambition, the creative pull, the "yes, and" energy that gets something moving. In this first session we'll get grounded in what tarot actually is, how the deck is built, and how to hold and shuffle a deck so it feels like yours. Then we'll move card by card through Ace through 10 of Wands, upright and reversed, and close with a group pull so you leave having already read.
This is where the practice begins.
Format: 8 sessions, 1.5 hours each
