Join us for Tarot 101 series led by resident tarot reader Brie (@_ritualhaus). Starting with the Minors - suit by suit, then the court cards, followed by the three phases of the Major Arcana, following the birth, death, rebirth cycle from the Fool all the way to the World. By the end you're connecting to the deck in your own authentic way, building a foundational relationship or just reconnecting.
Class 2: Cups: Water, Feeling, Intuition, Creativity, and Everything Relational
Last class was fire. We talked tarot beginnings, how to choose a deck, how to shuffle, and all things Wands. This class is water.
Cups hold what the mind can't always name. Love, grief, creativity, the pull toward or away from someone, this suit is the emotional undercurrent running beneath every question people bring to the table. We'll lean into grief here too, because it's part of this suit and it deserves real space, not a quick pass over. We'll move through Ace through 10 of Cups, upright and reversed, and talk honestly about where a reading ends and a therapy session begins, because that line matters and I take it seriously. Just like last class, we'll close with everyone pulling a card, for themselves or for someone else.
This is an 8 class series with a short break between sessions, and I built it that way on purpose. The goal isn't just to teach you tarot, it's to build an ongoing space for connection and community, one that keeps going long after the last card is pulled.
Format: 8 sessions, 1.5 hours each
